What is the Celtic Friends Network?

The Celtic Friends Network is an international social network that allows people with Celtic interests to make friends and discuss Celtic subjects. We are designed for the exchange of information, pictures, videos, and ideas about Celtic topics. This site is similar to other popular social networks like MySpace, yet provides a focused topic, which is anything Celtic.

We Are Not a Dating Site

Profiles made strictly for dating which show no Celtic interest whatsoever will be removed.

Are You Looking for Added Meaning to Life?

Have you ever wanted to be a part of something honorable? Have you ever wanted to be a part of a something that gives your life more purpose and meaning? Today is your chance to be a part of the Celtic community. This is a place where you can share of yourself and help define all things Celtic.

Surely, you are good at something. Something you can contribute that will help others to understand Celtic culture. Perhaps you do not know anything at all about the Celts, or want to know more. Asking questions is a well-respected contribution to our community. Also, simply being a member of Celtic heritage and telling us about yourself is a way of teaching others about modern Celtic culture and lifestyle.

Get involved and make friends along the way!

Although it is not necessary to be a member of the Celtic Friends Network, getting involved is considered honorable. Many members look at it as one of their honorable purposes in life; as one of the things, that gives their life meaning.

Ok, so I am interested… Where do I start?

Your profile page is a good place to start. By adding a profile picture, and a statement about yourself and your interests you help others relate to you and give them an opening to say "hi... I'm interested in that too!" and helps them remember you.
If there is something you would like to do, but need a little help understanding how to go about it, do not forget that there is a Help link at the top of every page.

Once you have completed your profile, forums and groups are a great place to find things to do. They help you learn what others are contributing and provide you with topics you can contribute to and help develop.

Note: You can also suggest a forum topic that you would be interested in writing about.
