Chat Feature Instructions
At the right, bottom corner of every page in Celtic Friends Network, there is a chat feature.
Just below the "Give Feedback" thumbs up icon at the bottom right hand side of your page, you will see three symbols. The symbol on the far left opens the chat window. The symbol in the center will float the chat box to the center of your screen where you can move it around to where it is most accessible to you. Be sure to click on the red dot to change it green to show that you are online. Once you have done that, you can click on the red or green dot in chat to enter or leave chat.
Be sure to turn up the Sound notification slider so that you can hear a beep when messages have been sent.
You can message people in chat in the Main chat room which is Public, or you can click on the members profile photo to choose to see their Profile page or to chat in the Private mode within the chat window.
