Profile Information

About Me:

I was born and raised in Washington State. My parents moved to the family homestead located in Bridger, MT. in the late 80's. I followed 5 years later, finding the rural life a much suitable environment to raise my children. I love the country and small town atmosphere.

I write about Irish Tattoos to help readers understand the meanings behind the symbols. I started writing in 2008 and have built a website called Irish Tattoos. Take some time and check it out. It took me a very long time and a lot of help. It was my first one.

While raising my family, I spent several years going to school for Computer Information Systems. It was pretty much a waste of time because technology changes so fast. I have two children who are finally out of the house... yay. Now I can concentrate on my passions.

I have found the study of Celtic culture very fascinating. Although my family originated from the British Isles, I really had not paid much attention to my ancestry. Now that I have more time on my hands and am somewhat nostalgic, I guess, my desire to research my heritage, and all it entails, has become my passion.
That and the wonderful person who inspired me!

Hobbies/Interests:

sewing, cross stitch, ancient history & Celtic symbol meanings. Collecting unicorns and Coca Cola stuff, Nascar, learning Information Systems and Marketing, snuggling with my cats and being the proud Mom of 2 grown children.
