I read your profile saying that you do Reiki healing. A friend of mine in Massachusetts is a Reiki Master and she has given me both attunements of Reiki I and II. It works wonders when I need to take away inflammation from a sore back or other sore areas.

I've never been a vegan, but I have tried being a vegetarian. Though, I have gotten back to eating fish and chicken. How difficult is it to become a vegan? It think it would be very difficult for me to give up eating cheese.
